Order Processing Times

Please allow for 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched when it is handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.

The delivery time of your package depends on your location and begins after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delays caused by couriers, customs, or holidays are outside of our control. Worldwide shipping may encounter unexpected customs delays, extending delivery times.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It’s important to ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If you notice an error, please email us at hello@effresh.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make updates, but changes after this timeframe may not be possible.

If our system detects an issue with your address, we’ll email you within 3 business days for verification. If we don’t receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Delayed Delivery

At Effresh, we aim to deliver your order quickly. However, courier delays due to weather, transportation issues, or other circumstances may occur. If such issues arise, we’ll work with the courier to resolve them promptly.

We are not liable for delays caused by external factors or exact delivery dates but will keep you informed about your order status and assist with any issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be. If this happens, please contact us at hello@effresh.com. We recommend also reaching out to the courier to file a claim. Most couriers have a claims process and may require additional information from you.

Effresh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as these fall outside of our refund policy. However, we will assist you to the best of our ability. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be located.
