At Effresh, we are committed to providing you with products that help. We believe our products work, and we recommend trying them for at least 14 days before deciding on a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after 14 days and within our 30 day money back guarantee, please contact us at hello@effresh.com.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may already be in the processing phase and changes may not be possible. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase. If you do cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident that our products work, and we encourage you to try them first for 14 days minimum so you can experience the full benefits of Effresh. If you are still unhappy and wish to return the items, you may do so after 14 days, within the 30 days period covered by our money back guarantee. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or send us an e-mail directly at hello@effresh.com. To expedite your return, please provide us with your Order Number or the Name and E-Mail Address used to place the order.
Damaged Items
At Effresh, we carefully package every product to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item does arrive damaged, we’re here to help make it right. We consider an item damaged if it has a defect or if the product is physically broken. Damaged packaging that occurred during shipping such as dented boxes, etc. with a product in good condition is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, please email us at hello@effresh.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. We do not refund, replace, nor accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We do our best to ensure your order arrives quickly, but sometimes unexpected delays happen. These delays can be caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control. If you have any concerns about your delivery, we’re here to assist and ensure a smooth resolution. If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid any delivery issues. If you notice a mistake, let us know within 24 hours so we can help fix it. If it is incorrect and we are not notified of this within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be entitled to a resend or a refund.
